by special request, my early christmas presents to myself

so i had my physical today....

and everything went well. i know that everyone was worried and all. only thing is that i have to go back next week for blood and urine work. i accidentally had some juice this morning by habit so i could not do it today. i did notice some weird things as i was sitting in the room though. they room was just filled with blatant advertising all over the place. it was like a movie haha. microsoft, kleenex, welch allyn's, just plastered all over the place. found it funny, just cuz i was waiting for a while for in there. anyways the highlight of the day, to the moment, is that i had my ears cleaned out. now this isn't the candle in the ear BS or the expensive home remedy kit. well thats a lie i havent gotten my bill so it might be expensive but my hearing is tons better. pretty much they put some type of solvent in your ear to break down the earwax. then after they flush it out with a syringe. the nurse did it like 8 times each year. it sounds like a pressure washer in your ear though haha. during the process she showed me what came out of my ears. one word "disgusting". like raisin sized pieces out of my head. i think that i lost some weight by what came out of me. anyways i do my best to clean them but he gave me some good tips. apparently use corn or olive oil in your ear to break down the wax. then wash it out with hydrogen peroxide. then clear it out by blasting, well gently spraying, water into your ear. ill try it in like 3 months or so. but right now i can hear a lot more, its sorta freaking me out. i mean i didn't think i had any issues beforehand but i had to turn down the music in my car haha. anyways thats all for today.
